I provide leadership coaching and team coaching to executives, managers, and individual contributors, as well as co-founder and leadership teams. I can also integrate life coaching if you wish to work on personal aspects of your life such as relationships, #lifegoals, and to build an intentional life.

I start each coaching package with a self-assessment and personality + background session, because I believe that it's important for me to learn where you're currently at, what your goals are for work + life, and to coach you based on your unique whole self to produce the best results for you.

My Approach

 My coaching approach is partly based on my own experiences as a startup founder, operator and my personal work in relationship psychology. I strongly believe that your upbringing affects your professional and personal relationships, and sometimes dig into childhood wounds to bring awareness to certain subconscious mental barriers that may be preventing you from reaching your full potential. 

I take a very practical and action-oriented approach to my coaching style. We usually divide sessions into immediate items to tackle (what's keeping you up at night or fires to put out) vs mid-to-longer term goals to work on (usually in the personal growth and upskilling category).

I prefer that my clients commit to a minimum # of sessions to achieve the results they seek, because coaching is ultimately a relationship between two individuals, and the better I know you, the better I can help you.
